So...they're making a Simpsons movie.

And it will play in theaters.

Now I loved The Simpsons as much as the next person...but the show stopped being funny about 6 years ago. No, really. They're really just kicking a dead horse. If they were going to make a movie, they should have done it a long time ago. Say...4th season. I mean, it's in its 14th season or something.

I mean, next thing you know they're going to be making Welcome Back, Kotter and Dallas into movies.

I'm trying to be optimistic. They're bringing in like every writer the show ever had, so I pray it will turn out well. If not...there will be hell to pay.

Hahaha! Thank you, that gave me a much needed laugh. Sadly, most of those apply to people I know ( a couple of them apply to me). I'm not moving back, and I think anyone who does is insane.

You're Welcome! Everyone needs a good laugh now and then! lol. I don't blame you for not moving back. From reading you journal, it seems to me that you are enjoying Chicago. I'm about to resign this semester. The campus isn't really a wreck, but I don't think they were ready to open completely.
