(no subject)

I was walking home from the grocery, and on the side of a building I see an advertisement for this.

Why, Disney? Why?

It was already bad enough they had to go down that path before with the sequels to The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas (although at least I think Irene Bedard, the original speaking voice, and Judy Kuhn, the original singing voice, and Donal Gibson were recruited, and the plot wasn't too bad ._.

Obviously because the second was so good! *eyeroll*

But then again, I wish Disney would go back to regular animation. Yeah, I'm old-school.

...yeah... i must ask the same thing... so far, nearly every one of their straight-to-video sequels have been so poorly made (the animation's NOTHING like the orignals--they all look too rushed) and seem to push the stories that were fine after part 1 a bit too far... i'll even admit that Hunchback II wasn't that great, heh. they just need to get more animated movies out so they reuse their old ones... *sighs*
