Mar. 23rd, 2004 10:17 pmWe got our caps and gowns today. Unlike most schools, these will not be worn for graduation. They will be worn for the Baccelaureate Mass the day before graduation. Still, recieving this is one of the biggest wake-up calls for me.
In about 5 weeks, I will no longer be in the safety of high school. I will be out on my own in a HUGE school, dealing with new things.
It doesn't matter that the gown is too small (somehow, I ended up with an XS. Now, I may be short, but I'm certainly not petite. Amazingly, it fits, it's just too short!). It's just...I can't explain it...
This has nothing to do with the fact that I will be leaving Hannan. I could care less about that. It's just such a large step. I'm somewhat afraid of the future and what is to come...
Ok, so on a lighter note, adult swim is conducting a survey: Who would win in a fight? A flying shark or a flying crocodile?
I personally say crocdile. I mean, he at least has arms and claws. All a shark has is sharp teeth. He doesn't stand a chance.
This brings up another debate: Who would win in a boxing match? Santa Claus or The Easter Bunny? Hm....
