Well, because I am off of school today *gloats*, I shall now sum up te last few days:

Friday: Went to Ross' house at about 7:15pm. Met Jayde (who is cool), talked, ate, had fun, etc. Ross, Mark, and Jayde then proceeded to get me somewhat obsessed with The Excel Saga. See, it's an anime that makes fun of animes. So it's very tongue-in-cheek type stuff. Unfortunately, the CD Ross has kept skipping and stopping. So he took it out. As soon as he took it out, the episode on the computer screen started going a little bit. He turned off the power. The computer stayed on. Finally, Jayde unplugged the little sucker. I think Ross' computer is possessed or something.

Saturday: Went shopping. Got new shoes for Senior brunch. Got a dress for the Junior prom. See, I told my mom I could just wear the one I was going to wear for senior prom, but she said she didn't want me to have to do that. Apparently, I have gotten fatter since last year, because my prom dress from last year does not fit. So we went to Goodwill.

<pause> Ok, anyone sitting there right now thinking "Ew...Goodwill!", allow me to say something. My favorite skirt in the world is from Goodwill. I have not seen a skirt like it anywhere else (and trust me I have looked). Most people think "Oh, but you don't know what people have done in the clothes they donate to Goodwill." Well, when you buy something from Sears or J.C. Penny, or any store, how many other people do you think have tried on that same outfit? Hell, for all you know, someone could have bought it, left the price tags one, had sex in it, and then returned it the next day. But you know what the difference between Goodwill and someplace like Sears is?

When you donate something to Goodwill, they wash it before putting it on the racks. When you return an outfit to Sears, they don't wash them. Besides, when I am doing a show, I am not going to go out and buy an expensive outfit for a costume. I'm going to head to Goodwill or Volunteers of America. Now, I would never buy any kinds of undergarments from Goodwill, but a dress? Why not? So to sum up my rant: No one is above shopping at Goodwill!

*steps off of soap box*

<play> So We found some nice things. The only problem with formals at Goodwill are that most of them are too "Hi, I'm a bridesmaid!" But We did find a nice one that I will be wearing to junior prom.

Also, we stopped by Volunteers of America (since it's right next to Goodwill) and I found a nice sparkly black top (with long, sheer sleeves) which I got for my LP costume for Pippin. I needed to get my pants for the Senior brunch altered, but the place was closed *snap* However, I was able to pick up some fishnets for LP costume.

Went to church for Easter Vigil mass.

Sunday: Woke up somewhat sick. Came out to find my parents, my brother, and his girlfriend sitting in the living room watching old home videos. Got to see myself at age 2 (I was sooooo adorable. WHat went wrong?)

Ate a nice dinner. Had some candy. My grandmother sent me a HUGE ASS chocolate egg. It's hollow and if you break it open, there is a small bag of small chocolate eggs inside. I think my grandmother is trying to fatten me up...

Woke up today at about 11. And here I am.
