(no subject)

So, it's been a few days. My mom and I got into Chicago on Monday. We didn't actually start moving my stuff in until Tuesday.

The apartment is nice. Tegan was the first to move in, so I luckily am not alone (one of my mom's main concerns).

Some things have changed since I left Chicago. The CTA now has a Pink line. We are no longer doing Falsettos or Bat Boy at Columbia. Rumors of Urinetown and Floyd Collins float around, though.

I have to get my U-Pass soon, though it won't actually go into affect until school starts. That means I'll be walking unless riding the El is absolutely necessary (which it won't be most of the time).

I picked up job applications today for Starbucks, Cosi, and Corner Bakery (notice a theme?) I'm also going to apply at Borders *crosses fingers*

School starts next Tuesday. My basic set up is as follows:

Monday & Wednesdays:

Theory, Harmony, and Analysis I - 9:30am-10:50am
Musical Theater Dance - 11:00am-12:20pm
Techniques in Singing I - 1:30-2:50pm

Tuesday and Thursday:

Text Analysis - 9:00am-10:50am
Sightsinging, Musicianship, and Ear Training I - 11:00am-11:50am
Acting II: Advanced Scene Study for Musical Theater - 2:00pm-3:50pm

Friday:

Nothing
