(no subject)

So yesterday I got up at 4:30am to go with my dad to his work area. Why? Because directly after he finished up (8:30 or ) so were driving down to Chalmette to see if we could get more stuff out of our old attic. I hate to rehash something that happened a year ago, but it was my first time abck to the house since Katrina.

In other news, Godspell opened tonight and was a blast. If you have the means, please come see it. The church will even provide you with your own fan (and trust me, you'll need it).

I had work today, which was fun. Though we had some strange customers. One guy came in:

Him: Hey I want one of those drinks.
Us: Which ones?
Him: I forget the name...it's like an energy drink...
Us: Red Bull?
Him: No, it's mixed and stuff and ahs a lot of ingredients..
Us:...a smoothie?
Him: Yeah! That's it! Give me one of those!

Then a lady came in and was asking about the prices (with tax) of different drinks:

Her: How much is a 32oz Carrbiean Way?
Me (after asking Misty): $5.87
Her: Ok, so how much would three 32oz Carribean ways be?
Me:...

I can understand not knowing the price, plus tax, but can you not add? Do I look like a calculator or something? *sigh* People...
