sondheimmcgeekHey, I want to thank everyone who replied to my last post. My grandfather isn't doing well. Now it seems they can't do surgery on his bladder. We just have to wait and see.
Now about last night. FUN! FUN! FUN!
I was trying to curl my hair (keyword: "trying") and because it's my hair it came out frizzy instead. However, I believe it was an blessing in disguise because it looked exactly like Magenta's hair! I threw together a brand new outfit in ten minutes:
-black slip
-black spaghetti strap tank top
-old dance costume which looked kind of like an apron
-black fishnet stockings
-black fishnet gloves
Complete with awesome make-up (white face, purple eye make-up, red, red lipstick). I looked hot. I will try to get pics up soon.
Amanda showed up in khakis and a Disney polo shirt. For those of you who have never met Amanda, she is a very Disney person. Now far be it from me to insult Disney. but for Rocky Horror? No. She asked if she should change. I gave her a Rocky Horror shirt and did some make-up on her.
Amanda called Jessica and Diane to ask if they were close to my house. They had passed my house up.
Jessica arrived with Frank-N-Furter make-up and a Frank-N-Furter shirt. Diane looked, well, like Diane. *shrugs*
Now the show was scheduled to start at 9:30. It started at 11:00. Of course, they were still seating people until 10:00. After that, they held the Gender Bender contest and a Rocky Horror Character contest. I didn't win. *snaps* The girl who won wore a French Maid costume. And all of her friends were there. *double snaps*
After that, came the initiation of the Rocky Horror virgins. They had to spank the inflatted money, or spank Julie with the inflatted monkey.
The movie finally started, preceeded by 10 previews (including a new Love Bug movie with Lindsay Lohan, Amityville Horror, Sin City, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and some other crap).
I tried to prepare Amanda for what would happen, but I think she was a bit uncomfortable. After all, I don't think she's heard so much cursing at one time. I also doubt she's ever heard the word "cum" before in her life. Maybe....*shrugs*
Of course, because it was Gender bender Night, the cast was also switched. So the guys were played by girls, and the girls were played by guys (except for The Criminalogist and Dr. Scott).
The girl behind us kept screaming out how much she wanted to have Dr. Scott's babies. She also kept screaming really stupid things, both before and after the movie. I thinks she was just yelling things to annoy some people.
Twas fun.
Went to McDonalds after to get some McFlurries. It wasn't open. It was only 1: 00am! Or actually, 2:00am because of Daylight Savings Time. I don't think I want to live in a world where McDonalds isn't open at 2:00am. That's just wrong.
So. Anyone want to join me/us next time I/we go?
